Free services for victims of the Los Angeles fires

I am offering free and discounted services for those directly affected by the Los Angeles fires. Sessions are available online or in-person in Long Beach. Please call 562-512-5816 or email seth@sethmadej.com to schedule.

What do you charge?

The fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $150. There is no extra charge for couple or family sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

I don't accept insurance for payment, but I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Do you accept Medicare?

No. I am an opted-out Medicare provider, meaning Medicare will not reimburse you for the cost of services with me. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you must enter into a private contract for therapy services with me in order to receive treatment.

Do you offer in-person services?

Yes, I offer in-person services in my office in Long Beach, CA near the Cal State Long Beach Campus. I can accommodate individuals, couples, and families, and I have a separate therapy room dedicated to child clients.

Do you offer online services?

Yes, I provide online services by video or phone. My online clients must physically be in California when services are provided.

Do you offer a free consultation?
